David Kahn, ABR, GRI, CRS (Charter Member 1977), CRB, CCIM Candidate began his career in real estate in 1969 after graduating from Auburn University.  He has served as President, Director, Committee Chairman, or Delegate of many organizations throughout the community, including the YMCA, the Montgomery Ballet, the Montgomery Lions Club, the Chamber of Commerce, the United Way, the Montgomery Board of Realtors, the Blue Gray Association, and the Jimmy Hitchcock Committee.  He received the Melvin Jones Fellow Award and was Lion of the Year in 1998 and was Realtor Associate of the Year in 1975 and Realtor of the Year in 1982.  David is an active member of the First United Methodist Church, having served in many leadership capacities.

David founded his company in 1980 based on the same values and principles practiced by his Grandfathers and Father.  He believes that reputation and quality of service are the ultimate in business.  Service and giving back to the community are among his priorities but the closest to him is helping less fortunate families and children.

David's commitment to education and training has produced many of the area's top producing Realtor's with designations including ABR, CRP, GRI, CRS, CRB, CCIM, RCC, ePRO, REM, and WHR.  Many of these top producers credit him with their success and ability to weather the toughest real estate climates.  He has implemented and is commited to the most up-to-date in-house technology and is dedicated to serving his clients with courtesy, competency, and integrity. 

Since opening his company in 1980, David has been a member of a leading network of independent real estate brokers, presently the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.  His passion and niche is relocation, and because of that and his family's presence in the Montgomery's business community since 1871, his company was chosen by Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama to develop policy and assist with the relocation of their team members and families from all over the world.

When David is not helping families sell their homes or relocate to the area, he is enjoying fishing, hunting, and his family which now includes four fantastic grandchildren.

David's contagious attitude, desire, and determination - the Kahn-do attitude, I can, I will, I shall, I must achieve or accomplish anything in life that is honest, ethical, and professional with God's help is his daily philosophy he instills with people around him, including his children.
