To The David Kahn Company, relocation services is not a new subject. In 1982, our Broker, David Kahn, demonstrated his support for the relocation industry by starting the first relocation department in the Greater Montgomery area with the first Relocation Director and the first Certified Relocation Professional (CRP). Since that time, our company has kept abreast of the many changes within the real estate and relocation industry through continuous membership with the Worldwide ERC and the prestigious Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, and by attending numerous ongoing relocation educational conferences and seminars.


Today, we are fortunate to have Terri Martin as our Global Relocation Services Director who also holds the prestigious CRP designation along with many others including World Referral Specialist, ePRO, Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Relocation Certified Coordinator, Property Marketing Specialist, and Broker Associate (Realtor). Terri is a proud member of the following organizations:

    • Terri is responsible for the overall direction of the company’s Global Relocation Services Department, including corporate marketing, business development, Internet marketing, broker-to-broker services, and relocation management company business. Having worked with The David Kahn Company for 14 years, her passion for providing exemplary relocation service is unsurpassed. She has been invited to serve as a panelist, speaker, or moderator at various relocation conferences throughout the country and she has become well known throughout the relocation industry for her enthusiastic passion and love for the field of relocation. Terri has led the Global Relocation Services Department to become an award winning division of The David Kahn Company including the Relo Quality Certification in 2003.


    In 2003, The David Kahn Company was also honored to be chosen by Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama to provide relocation services for new team members and Terri assisted with the development of Hyundai’s and several tier supplier’s relocation policies. We have also had the privilege to serve many organizations throughout the area and it is our mission to provide excellent and professional relocation solutions to individuals, corporations, relocation management companies, and fellow brokers.
